Return & Refund Policy

Physical Products We accept returns on physical items (books, tools, notions, and merchandise) within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at Gyleen@ColourfulStitches.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Digital Products & Patterns Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales of patterns and digital files are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

Courses Course purchases are non-refundable once course content has been accessed. If you have not accessed the content, please contact us within 7 days of purchase for a refund consideration.
