Subscription Policy

What's Included Subscriptions to Colourful Stitches provide access to Colourful Stitches Design Studio Courses as outlined at the time of purchase.

Billing Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually at the rate displayed at checkout. Your payment method will be charged automatically on your renewal date.

Cancellation You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at Gyleen@ColourfulStitches.com or through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until that date.

Refunds Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days at Gyleen@ColourfulStitches.com.

Changes to Pricing We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new rate.
